Registration for 2021 will open soon.
The following registration options will be available.

Registration will include the following:
- Access to academic sessions
- All conference materials
- Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks and lunch
**Please note that the conference dinner ticket is only included in the fees if you purchase a full conference ticket. If you are purchasing a one day registration the dinner ticket cost will be £50. The conference dinner will take place on Thursday 25th June.
Non-EU participants may require a Visa to enter the UK. To check if you need a UK Visa please follow this link https://www.gov.uk/check-uk-visa. Delegates may also contact the consulate/embassy in their home country for further information.
Validity of Passports
It is your responsibility to ensure that your passport is valid for travel and we recommend that you check with your local Embassy. Please note that some countries require your passport to be valid for up to 3 months from the date of return.
**VISA APPLICATIONS – LETTER FROM THE ORGANISING SECRETARIAT**
If you require a letter to confirm your registration please complete the online registration form and make payment. Please email 5Nations@in-conference.org.uk to request a letter after you have registered and made payment.
If your visa is declined we are only able to offer refunds in line with our cancellation terms and conditions.
Delegate Cancellation for 2020
Notification of cancellation must be submitted by email to the conference organisers (In Conference Ltd) to 5Nations@in-conference.org.uk
Cancellations made on or before 15th May 2020 will be refunded in full.
In the event that the conference has to be cancelled due to circumstances out with the control of 5 Nations, refunds on registration fees will only apply once other conference expenses have been covered. 5 Nations will not be liable for any other travel or accommodation costs incurred by participants. Delegates must arrange their own insurance and ensure that suitable and adequate insurance has been arranged.
Certificates of Attendance
Certificates will be emailed to all delegates shortly after the conference and are only available for delegates who attend the conference.
