Conference Etiquette

Delegates are advised that they are not allowed to take photographs of any posters or presentations without the author’s/presenter’s consent. Delegates should also obtain consent from an author before citing any of their work that was presented at the conference.
Mobile phones should be switched off or placed on ‘silent’ during sessions.

Security

Your name badge must be worn at all times otherwise you will not be allowed entry to the conference space.

Tea/Coffee Breaks and Lunch Arrangements

The registration fee includes tea and coffee breaks and lunches.

If you have requested a special diet at the time of registering (other than vegetarian), please speak to a member of the catering team and they will provide you with a suitable meal.
